Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry roundtables
- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption and human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into billion-dollar opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and technology roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in journals like Future Studies Review or TechCrunch
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three implemented future-proofing initiatives
