Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype and scale disruptive technologies aligned with future market demands
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for C-suite executives on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation labs
- Drive organizational culture of future-readiness through workshops and thought leadership programs
- Quantify future market potential using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
