Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 landscapes
- Develop and publish annual foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and innovation adoption strategies
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed foresight
- Design and implement quantitative forecasting models using proprietary data platforms
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight organization-wide
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-level future strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
