Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-integration domains
- Translate future-state visions into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive committees
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
- Mentor futurist talent and build the next-generation strategic foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFP) preferred
- Published research on technological singularity or 2030+ ecosystem evolution
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
