- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce actionable trend reports and predictive models for executive leadership
- Design risk mitigation strategies for emerging societal and technological shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends (required)
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning techniques
- Track record of translating foresight into business strategy
