Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic megatrends through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains including quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D pipelines and innovation roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario planning workshops for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of subject matter experts across academia, industry, and policy
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantifiable impact metrics for business units
- Champion ethical foresight principles to ensure responsible innovation outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and product development
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data synthesis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
