Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year market impact

- Design and facilitate immersive future-focused workshops with executive leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of innovators, researchers, and thought leaders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Technology, Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or thought leadership content
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
