Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market landscape
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks with actionable roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development pipelines
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology publications
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
