Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development roadmaps
- Author white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market implications
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups in frontier tech
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI-powered trend analysis tools
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, tech innovation, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/white papers on emerging tech
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term tech strategy implementation
