- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into 5-year roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption and disruption signals
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite technology investment decisions
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Strategy preferred
