Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and alignment pipelines for 2026 readiness.
- Lead research initiatives into Agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Optimize model inference performance using distributed computing and quantization techniques.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate generative AI into consumer-facing platforms.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and bias mitigation in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced deep learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Transformer architectures, Attention mechanisms, and Generative Models.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++ for high-performance model implementation.
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus), and RAG architectures.
