Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Lead the fine-tuning and evaluation processes for proprietary LLMs using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in AI research and apply them to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (4+ years of industry experience may substitute).
- Extensive experience in Python, with a deep understanding of machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs to production environments at scale.
- Strong knowledge of NLP, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Experience with MLOps tools (DVC, MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
