Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion, Transformers) tailored for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- RAG & Vector Search: Spearhead the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure factual accuracy and context awareness.
- MLOps: Establish automated CI/CD pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with product teams to translate technical requirements into robust AI features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, specifically with Large Language Models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for the ethical implications of AI.
