What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Architect robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and context.
- Optimize model inference speed and cost-efficiency using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Establish MLOps best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and deployment.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI outputs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or AI Research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of working with transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
