Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multi-specialty clinics ensuring HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
- Develop/implement strategic healthcare initiatives improving patient satisfaction scores by 20%+
- Manage $5M+ departmental budgets with quarterly financial forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ healthcare professionals including RNs and medical staff
- Analyze healthcare data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with insurance providers and community health organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive healthcare management experience in hospital/clinic settings
- Active Texas healthcare administrator license (CHAA or equivalent)
- Proven track record reducing operational costs while improving patient outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner) and healthcare analytics tools
- Strong leadership with experience in change management and team development
- Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) designation a plus
