Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 200+ bed hospital department
- Develop and implement strategic healthcare initiatives
- Manage $15M annual budget with fiscal responsibility
- Lead cross-functional teams of clinical and support staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Drive quality improvement programs and patient satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with community partners on health outreach programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and JCAHO standards
- Proven financial management and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare analytics
- Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) preferred
