Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing complex IT infrastructure projects
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage budgets exceeding $1M and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technical challenges
- Maintain project documentation using JIRA and Asana platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of IT project management experience with enterprise-scale deployments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in cloud migration and cybersecurity frameworks
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello)
