Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Configure and troubleshoot desktop environments, including Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Conduct regular hardware audits and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with Active Directory, VPN, and firewall configurations is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability to attend our walk-in interview sessions at our Atlanta headquarters.
