Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve complex IT incidents within SLA timeframes
- Deploy and maintain critical infrastructure including servers and cloud services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or equivalent
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ITIL processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
