Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain company IT assets and inventory systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with management to identify IT infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
