Responsibilities

  • Tier 3 Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues for employees across multiple locations.
  • Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and server infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the inventory, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Security Administration: Implement and enforce IT security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and manage access controls to protect sensitive data.
  • Project Implementation: Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including software migrations, system upgrades, and hardware refreshes.

Qualifications
