Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets efficiently using our ticketing system (Jira/ServiceNow).
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and patches for workstations and servers.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with local and federal data protection standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new software releases and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network outages to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
