Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure certifications required
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, and virtualization (VMware)
- Proven experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with SLA-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotation
