Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems to ensure 99.9% uptime for internal systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize IT infrastructure and workflows.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures for the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Support or a related technical field.
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential evenings for critical system maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science is a plus.
