Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management to ensure maximum uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement firewalls/antivirus measures to protect data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and technology needs.
- Document all network configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Solutions Architect preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in walk-in interview processes with a professional demeanor.
