Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Lead the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model monitoring and retraining.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex technical requirements into innovative solutions.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems, including Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments with high availability.
