Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for production environments.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in neural network architectures.
- Monitor model performance in real-time and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or a related domain.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, and deep learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
