- Lead SEO/SEM campaigns targeting local job seekers
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with ROI optimization
- Oversee digital content creation for job platforms and social media
- Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
- Coordinate with HR to create employer branding campaigns
- Mentor junior marketing specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years management
- Proven success in SEO/SEM and content marketing
- Experience managing budgets over $300K
- Google Analytics and HubSpot certification required
- Strong project management skills with CRM expertise
- Ability to travel between Tampa and PA offices quarterly
