Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ in management
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred for Miami market
