- Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists with budget oversight of $2M+
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and agency partnerships
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive leadership
- Mentor junior team members through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in A/B testing
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and project management software
