Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven multi-channel marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Lead a team of 4 marketing specialists with quarterly performance reviews
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaign ROI
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with monthly variance reporting
- Oversee content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media amplification
- Present campaign results to C-suite stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification a plus
- Experience in B2B tech or manufacturing industries required
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
