- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting Ohio and Pennsylvania markets
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance and ROI
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior data to inform strategic decisions
- Manage $1M+ marketing budgets with strict adherence to financial guidelines
- Oversee digital channels including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Present performance metrics and insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in B2B marketing within Ohio/Pennsylvania markets
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional project management abilities with PMP certification a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 10% across Ohio and Pennsylvania locations
