Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for local clients in Chicago and PA markets
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and analysts
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance data to optimize ROI
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budgets across 15+ client accounts
- Present quarterly growth reports to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Identify new market opportunities in Pennsylvania expansion territories
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling local businesses to regional markets
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and hyper-local digital advertising
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Strong budget management and P&L oversight experience
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level clients
- Portfolio demonstrating successful Chicago/PA market campaigns
