Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms
- Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists and oversee budget allocation of $1M+
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities in the Southwest region
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to post-campaign analysis
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Drive local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in Tucson and Arizona markets
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive stakeholders with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Arizona and Southwest region
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience managing remote teams in hybrid work environments
