Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for Tampa-based clients
- Lead a team of 5+ digital marketing specialists in our downtown Tampa office
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior across Florida markets
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budgets with ROI-focused optimization
- Collaborate with Georgia-based partners on cross-state campaigns
- Present quarterly performance reports to C-suite executives
- Drive innovation in Tampa's growing tech and tourism sectors
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record managing teams in Florida or Southeast markets
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong understanding of Tampa's competitive landscape
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint required
