Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Lead a team of 5+ marketing professionals and manage departmental budget allocation
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to optimize ROI and campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Oversee content creation, social media strategy, and SEO/SEM initiatives
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive stakeholders with actionable insights
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing $500K+ budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech industries highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
