Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hyper-local marketing campaigns targeting Miami-Dade businesses
- Lead a team of 4 marketing specialists with quarterly performance reviews
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior using Miami-specific data sets
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Collaborate with South Florida business partners for cross-promotional opportunities
- Oversee digital strategy including SEO/SEM for Miami-based keywords
- Organize quarterly networking events in Miami's business districts
Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record driving local business growth in Florida markets
