Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM and social platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel campaigns
- Analyze market trends and KPIs to optimize campaign performance
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budgets with ROI accountability
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and C-suite clients
- Mentor junior specialists through quarterly growth workshops
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing with proven ROI metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing B2B tech or financial services clients
- Strong presentation skills with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications required
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
