Responsibilities
- Architect and implement immersive 3D environments using Unreal Engine 5 and WebGL, ensuring high-performance rendering on all devices.
- Design and integrate decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain protocols to secure digital assets and user identities.
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and 3D artists to deliver high-fidelity virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) experiences.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap, including spatial computing and neural interfaces.
- Optimize code and assets for low-latency performance in cloud-native environments.
- Establish best practices for security and scalability within the metaverse ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically in 3D graphics, WebGL, or Unity/Unreal Engine.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and web3 architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or Rust.
- Strong experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex user requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience leading agile teams and mentoring junior developers.
