Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations including warehouse management and transportation scheduling
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage cross-functional teams including drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state transportation regulations
- Collaborate with clients to resolve operational issues and maintain satisfaction
- Lead budget planning and cost control initiatives for logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations management
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
