Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth policy research and analysis for federal healthcare and technology initiatives
- Develop actionable policy recommendations for congressional stakeholders and agency partners
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with government officials and industry leaders
- Author comprehensive policy briefs and legislative testimony materials
- Manage cross-functional project teams to implement policy solutions
- Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes affecting client portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in federal government or DC-based think tank
- Proven expertise in healthcare or technology policy frameworks
- Exceptional writing skills with published policy papers or testimony examples
- Strong quantitative analysis capabilities with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Demonstrated success in high-stakes stakeholder management environments
