Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture design for Project 2026, focusing on distributed machine learning systems and high-velocity inference pipelines.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps, delivering milestones ahead of schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models to ensure maximum performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and backend developers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into existing infrastructure.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to ensure system reliability and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Apache Airflow.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD is a plus).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion: A deep interest in the future of AI, particularly in predictive analytics and generative AI trends leading up to the 2026 timeframe.
