Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and the engineering team.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the team is focused on high-impact activities.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Masterās degree preferred).
