Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive product decisions and improve KPIs.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and write clear user stories.
- Mentor junior product managers and conduct regular stakeholder reviews.
- Drive the launch process, ensuring successful go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role within the tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on evidence.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Passion for the Tampa, FL tech scene and local community engagement.
