Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Direct the planning and execution of key venue operations and legacy projects for the 2026 Games.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for government officials, international federations, and corporate sponsors.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency across all assigned deliverables.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential operational risks and implement proactive strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and coordinate with local contractors to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale construction, event management, or government infrastructure.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 certification is required.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
