Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our client projects. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our high standards are met on every deliverable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders and team members.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitoring progress against milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in real-time.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, clients, and management.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or Program Manager in the tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
