Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance computing architectures for AI workloads.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-gen quantum-ready environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers in best practices for scalable system design.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning for distributed systems.
- Research emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains cutting-edge for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum simulation tools and frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
