Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable quantum hardware-software interfaces and algorithms for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- R&D Strategy: Define technical roadmaps for quantum integration within our existing AI infrastructure.
- System Optimization: Debug complex quantum circuits and optimize quantum gates for maximum processing efficiency and error correction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with quantum physicists and machine learning engineers to translate theoretical models into production-ready code.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all quantum computing protocols adhere to strict safety and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or high-performance computing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks; deep understanding of linear algebra and probability theory.
- Programming: Expert level in Python and Rust; experience with C++ for performance-critical applications.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered systems in a high-pressure environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
