- Lead end-to-end recruitment for quantum algorithmists, hardware engineers, and quantum software developers
- Collaborate with CTO to build quantum talent pipelines for 2026 product launches
- Implement quantum-focused employer branding initiatives across technical communities
- Analyze market trends to establish competitive compensation benchmarks for quantum roles
- Manage relationships with quantum research centers and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with quantum computing, AI/ML, or advanced physics roles
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (qubits, superposition, entanglement)
- Proven success recruiting PhD-level researchers and specialized technical talent
- Experience with quantum-specific platforms like Qiskit, Cirq, or Rigetti systems
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing through GitHub, arXiv, and quantum research networks
- Strong analytical skills for quantum talent market analysis and forecasting
