As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing quantum algorithms that solve complex problems in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning. You will work directly with our hardware architects to ensure software-hardware co-design, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in a post-quantum world.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications.
- Translate mathematical models into executable quantum circuits using Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks.
- Conduct rigorous error mitigation and noise reduction strategies for NISQ devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and electrical engineers to co-design hardware for software efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future quantum processors.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Proven experience with quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Pennylane, or Cirq).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, AWS Braket).
